COAT OF ARMS CHALLENGE
The following document, on Wolfesfield letterhead, appears to be an account of the development of our family coat of arms. The order of the pages in the document looks to be in the classical writing format of a folded letter in which the second page is written on the logical fourth page.
There are in fact two challenges, the first of which is to decipher the arcane language of this document, and translate it into contemporary understandable prose.
The second challenge is to identify the author of this document. Perhaps one or more members of the older generation may be up to the task, or at least have some ideas or suggestions.

Those accepting the first challenge are asked to send their "translations" to editor@pricefamily.ca. They will be published on the Challenge Responses page (link below) as received, and the one judged most accurate will be declared the official version, and a prize awarded to its creator at the next reunion. To those accepting the second challenge, good luck, and we await with interest your responses.
